Join our team as a Nurse Coordinator/Navigator in the vibrant city of Boston! In this engaging role, you will leverage your oncology experience to guide patients through their treatment journey with compassion and expertise. You'll work in a busy clinic setting that boasts a solid tumor unit with 27 treatment bays and exam rooms, providing ample opportunity to interact with patients and healthcare professionals alike. Expect your days to be filled with collaborating with care teams, managing treatment plans, and utilizing your proficiency with Epic EMR to support patient management. With a guaranteed 72 hours biweekly, your schedule will be Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, leaving you free for weekends and holidays to explore everything this wonderful city has to offer! Bring your BLS-AHA certification and your nursing license, along with your knowledge of management programs, and step into a role where you can truly make a difference.
