Job Description:

Join our team as a MedSurg/Tele RN in the vibrant city of Charlotte, North Carolina! In this position, you’ll immerse yourself in a fast-paced setting, where no two nights are ever the same. As a seasoned professional with 18 months of Med/Tele experience, you will handle a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on diagnoses such as CHF, COPD, and various surgical recoveries.

Your adventure will begin on orientation day when you are assigned a home unit that matches your expertise, whether it’s general medical overflow or specific telemetry duties. Brace yourself for 12-hour night shifts that not only challenge your skills but also celebrate your resilience and adaptability in managing patient care.

As your nighttime journey unfolds, you’ll collaborate with an exceptional team inclusive of CNAs, charge nurses, and IV/VAT specialists. While floating across units is part of the experience, rest assured you will be well supported by both technology and clinical teams, ensuring every night remains engaging and fulfilling.
