Job Description:

Join a busy CVOR team in Austin, TX, where you'll be immersed in high-volume cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical procedures. As a CVOR nurse on this contract, your role will involve supporting complex surgeries such as coronary artery bypass, valve repairs, adult ECMO, TAVR, and thoracic procedures, all within a well-equipped surgical suite that allows for multiple procedures requiring cardiopulmonary bypass. This position offers an engaging environment where you can sharpen your skills, work alongside experienced teams, and keep pace with cutting-edge surgical interventions. Be prepared for a schedule that keeps you on your toes with 10-hour days and participation in call coverage after hours and on weekends, including holidays. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring smooth surgeries in a fast-paced setting that demands independence and proficiency in cardiac/thoracic/vascular procedures.
