Job Description:

This surgical tech role offers a hands-on experience in a fast-paced operating room setting, supporting a variety of procedures within the Surgical Services department. You'll be responsible for preparing and maintaining sterile fields, passing instruments, and ensuring the seamless flow of surgeries involving ophthalmology, knee scopes, and other specialized surgeries. The position requires flexibility to float between inpatient and outpatient ORs, including coverage during night shifts or holidays when the facility needs additional support. Expect to be part of a team that values precision and readiness, with shifts consisting of four 9.5-hour days.
