Job Description:

Join a busy inpatient surgical unit at Bassett Medical Center, where you'll support a diverse patient population recovering from various surgical procedures. This role involves administering medications, managing drips, performing dressing changes, and using advanced monitoring technology such as bedside systems and EKGs. The unit's layout with dual nurses’ stations helps foster teamwork and swift communication. You'll work alongside dedicated nursing staff dedicated to ensuring optimal patient outcomes during fast-paced nights on a 12-hour shift. This assignment offers a lively environment with room to hone your procedural skills in a hospital renowned for its high standards.
