Job Description:

Join us for a travel healthcare contract where you'll provide essential patient care during overnight shifts in a busy hospital setting. This role involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans, communicating patient conditions to the healthcare team, and ensuring smooth coordination among disciplines. You will act as a liaison between physicians and nurses, carry out orders, and assist with discharge planning.
