Job Description:

Join this specialized ICU contract in Rapid City, where you'll work alongside a team managing complex surgical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma patients in a mixed ICU setting. This role involves 12-hour day shifts on a 36-hour weekly schedule, offering an engaging chance to handle high-acuity cases including ARDS, MI, CVA/TIA, COVID, and trauma. You’ll be responsible for ventilator management, hemodynamic line care, proning, and IV medication administration, all within a supportive environment that emphasizes teamwork. You'll experience a fast-paced, critical care environment with a diverse patient population and a strong focus on trauma and cardiac patients, providing opportunities to demonstrate your critical thinking skills and clinical expertise.
