Job Description:

Join our team as an RN in the Emergency Room at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith, where you'll play a vital role in delivering efficient and compassionate critical care during 12-hour day shifts. This contract position offers you the chance to work in a busy ER setting, assessing patients quickly, planning and evaluating their care, and ensuring smooth patient flow. You'll utilize your expertise to educate patients and families, manage pain according to hospital protocols, and contribute to safety and quality improvement initiatives.
