Job Description:

Join this rewarding travel assignment as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Columbia, Missouri, working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be part of the adult overflow unit, caring for medical surgical patients ranging from neurological to orthopedic conditions, with diagnoses including diabetes, CHF, COPD, and renal disease. Your role involves performing general floor care procedures like IV therapy, wound care, and assisting physicians with bedside procedures and conscious sedation. This position offers a unique opportunity to experience diverse patient cases while working in a fast-paced environment that keeps you active and engaged. Expect to be part of a team that handles a variety of adult patients, float between units, and contribute to efficient hospital throughput, all while honing your clinical skills in a supportive setting.
