Job Description:

Join us as a Post Cardiac Surgery and Post Vascular Surgery RN on a 12-hour night shift in Indianapolis, Indiana. This contract focuses on advanced cardiac care, with responsibilities centered around managing post-operative heart and vascular surgery patients. You’ll be working in a specialized setting that demands strong cardiac post-op experience, including telemetry, IV starts, and cardiac drips management. The role offers opportunities to float across different levels of care, including Med-Surg, PCU, and ICU, with resources provided for seamless transitions. Expect to collaborate with a team that values expertise in cardiac and post-op recovery, while meeting staffing ratios of 1:3-5 based on patient acuity. The shift runs from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, providing a unique chance to work overnight hours in a vibrant city that blends energy with Southern charm.
