Job Description:

Join this rewarding travel nursing opportunity in Council Bluffs, Iowa, working 12-hour night shifts on a med-surg and ortho unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio. You'll be responsible for caring for a diverse patient population, including post-surgical orthopedic patients, those with COPD, diabetes, wound care, and more. The role involves participating in hourly rounding, bedside shift reports, and flexibly floating to PCU and behavioral health units. During orientation, you'll complete classroom training plus hands-on shifts, with a focus on continuous learning and adaptability. Please note the strict pass/fail exam requirement during orientation and the prohibition of artificial nails in patient care areas.
