Job Description:

This ICU RN contract offers an engaging opportunity to work with a diverse adult patient population, including trauma, cardiac, overdose, sepsis, stroke, and renal cases. You'll be managing ventilators, titrating cardiac drips, and interpreting monitors—bringing a mix of technical skills and quick decision-making to the bedside. The role is set in a 33-bed ICU where patient ratios are typically 1:2-3, with an emphasis on acute care for complex conditions. The shift runs 12 hours overnight, providing a steady rhythm that allows for focused, specialized work.
