Job Description:

This travel RN opportunity places you in a 40-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Kearney, Nebraska, working 12-hour night shifts. You’ll be caring for adult patients with conditions such as cardiac issues, dialysis needs, cancer diagnoses, sepsis, stroke, post-stent procedures, and renal failure. Your role involves managing arterial lines, titrating various drips like Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, and Insulin, and interpreting telemetry readings. Expect a team-based environment with charge nurses, patient care techs, and telemetry/monitor techs, all working together to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position emphasizes flexibility, communication, and responsiveness, with a focus on patient experience and safety.
