Job Description:

Join us for an engaging assignment in the Ambulatory Surgery Department at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, Virginia. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts in a busy outpatient setting, caring for patients undergoing a variety of procedures such as joint replacements, urological surgeries, and pediatric tonsillectomies. This role offers a hands-on experience in prepping patients for surgery, monitoring them post-procedure, and assisting with IV starts in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in pre-op and post-op care, along with a team-oriented attitude, will help ensure smooth surgical experiences for each patient. The setting boasts state-of-the-art equipment and a collaborative team of nurses, technicians, and secretaries dedicated to excellence.
