Job Description:

Join us as a Med Surg Neuro RN for a travel healthcare contract in Decatur, Illinois. This role involves overnight 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, providing specialized care for patients with neurological and surgical needs. You'll be working within a level II trauma center, caring for a patient census averaging 32, with responsibilities including telemetry monitoring, managing surgical drains, and administering medications like Heparin and Insulin. The role offers a unique opportunity to experience a busy acute care setting where procedural skills such as IV therapy, GI care, and respiratory management are essential.
