Job Description:

This ER RN position places you right at the heart of a busy Level 2 trauma center in Rapid City. You'll manage a variety of patient cases, from neonates to geriatrics, including critical trauma cases, strokes, and complex medical conditions like sepsis and GI bleeds. Expect to work 36-hour weeks on variable shifts—perfect for seasoned ER nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments. You’ll take on comprehensive assessments, prioritize critical patients, and support high-acuity case management, including evidence collection for sexual assault cases. The setting offers a mix of adult and pediatric emergency medicine, with opportunities to float within scope to inpatient areas like Med/Surg, PCU, or ICU when needed. Duration: 13 weeks with an estimated weekly gross pay of approximately $1,946.21. The weekly commitment is 36 hours.
