Job Description:

Join us as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in Burlington, North Carolina, on a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role involves monitoring patients with multiple co-morbidities, including stroke (neuro) cases, in an inpatient setting. You’ll be responsible for remote telemetry monitoring and direct patient care tasks such as feeding tube management, port access, blood product administration, and wound care, all while adapting to float assignments across various Cone Health facilities. This contract challenges you to stay sharp and versatile, providing specialized neuro and stroke patient care in a fast-paced environment. The assignment offers an engaging opportunity to refine your skills in a supportive setting, with a busy nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6.
