Job Description:

Join our team as a PACU Registered Nurse for a travel healthcare contract that offers the opportunity to work in an IR PACU setting with a focus on pediatric patient recovery. You'll be responsible for managing phase 1 recovery with experience in ICU and pediatric care, ensuring patients are safely transitioned from surgery. This role involves rotating start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with a typical schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week. Late stays are occasionally required, adding a layer of flexibility to your workweek. The position emphasizes hands-on patient monitoring in a fast-paced environment, and you'll be expected to be prepared to obtain PALS certification if not already held. This assignment provides a chance to hone specialized skills in pediatric recovery within a vibrant healthcare setting.
