Job Description:

This labor and delivery registered nurse position offers a chance to work in a busy maternity unit with a focus on antepartum, labor, and delivery care. You will be responsible for monitoring labor patients, including fetal heart rate with continuous NST, performing fetal scalp electrode placements, starting IVs, assisting with amnioinfusions, and supporting anesthesia during epidural placement. You’ll also attend c-sections (without scrubbing in) and care for patients down to 27 weeks’ gestation. The shift is a 3x12-hour night schedule from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with no float requirements and every-other-weekend coverage. This role is ideal for those who thrive on hands-on obstetric care and enjoy supporting women through one of life’s most memorable experiences.
