Job Description:

Join the Critical Care Float Pool team as an RN at Mercy Hospital Jefferson, working 12-hour night shifts for a 13-week contract. This role offers the chance to rotate through high-acuity units, providing essential care in a supportive environment. You'll be responsible for managing complex patients in the ICU and med-surg critical care settings, ensuring quality outcomes while navigating EPIC electronic medical records. The assignment is perfect for nurses with at least a year's experience in critical care or med-surg, who enjoy the challenge of float staffing in a reputable facility known for safety and care excellence.
