Job Description:

This travel RN position places you on a 28-bed cardiac unit in Marshfield, Wisconsin, where you’ll work 12-hour night shifts. Your role involves managing a variety of cardiac and general patient conditions, including pre/post catheterizations, chest pain, NSTEMIs, CHF, COPD, nephrology, and wounds. You will be responsible for titrating drips such as insulin, heparin, nitro, and diltiazem, using your extensive cardiac experience to ensure optimal patient safety and care. The role offers an engaging mix of teamwork, communication, and technical skills, with a focus on heavy cardiac cases and stepdown patient management. Be prepared to balance patient assignments, act as a resource to charge nurses, and work with equipment like continuous Cpap & Bipap. This assignment offers a chance to further develop your cardiac and telemetry skills in a supportive setting with dedicated float staff and a flexible approach to scheduling.
