Job Description:

Join a rewarding NICU assignment in Urbana, Illinois, where you'll be caring for neonatal patients in a Level 3-4, Trauma 1 setting. This position offers a hands-on experience performing assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications with barcode scanning precision, and supporting mothers with breastfeeding initiation. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, documenting care accurately and ensuring patient safety. The role will challenge your skills and give you the chance to make a real difference in the lives of fragile newborns during a key period of their early development.
