Job Description:

This travel nursing opportunity places you in a hospital setting with a 12-hour night shift schedule. As part of the team, you'll be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, managing bedside care activities such as vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, EKGs, and applying heart monitors. You will support the clinical staff by performing routine tasks like bathing, feeding, toileting, and repositioning patients. The role involves medication titration where needed, excluding cardiac drips, and coordinating with respiratory therapists on ventilator and oxygen equipment. This assignment offers the chance to work with a diverse patient population presenting with conditions including pneumonia, UTI, AMS, GI bleeds, alcohol withdrawal, and falls. You'll be stepping into a role that values observational skills and teamwork, all while enjoying the unique experience of working night shifts within a supportive hospital environment.
