Job Description:

This RN flex pool opportunity in Hilo offers a chance to float between various medical and surgical units, including medical, Laulima surgical acute, and occasionally cardiovascular departments. Working primarily night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, you'll deliver care to adult patients with a focus on efficient, responsive treatment assignments. The role requires flexibility, as hours are scheduled but not guaranteed beyond 36 per week after orientation, providing a dynamic experience that keeps you on your toes. You'll handle procedures such as wound vac management and chest tubes, utilizing Meditech EMR and pyxis systems. Bring 2 to 10 years of nursing experience, with current BLS and ACLS certifications, and Hawaii licensure prior to start. This assignment promises a vibrant, community-centered setting where your skills support a variety of patient needs, all within a beautiful island environment.
