Job Description:

This travel RN position at Bluegrass Community Hospital offers the chance to work nights on a 12-hour shift in a Med/Surg unit with swing beds. You'll be providing care for adult patients, including a mix of geriatric and general adult populations, with a patient ratio of 6:1. The role involves managing lower-level acute and subacute rehab cases, giving you the opportunity to apply your acute care experience in a supportive environment. The unit's standard equipment and EHR will keep your workflow smooth. If you enjoy a steady routine with a touch of variety, this assignment allows you to focus on your skills without the need for vent management or complex ICU duties. Additionally, you will work under the supervision of Ann Austin and be expected to hold current BLS and ACLS certifications, with at least two years of experience in med/surg. The dress code is simple—solid-colored scrubs—and you'll be part of a team that values your practical skills and reliable presence.
