Job Description:

Join our team on a travel healthcare contract working in the MS/TELE Unit, where you will manage short-stay telemetry and observation patients. As an RN in this role, you'll be responsible for providing quality care in a fast-paced setting, monitoring a patient load of approximately 6 to 7 individuals per nurse. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts, offering a great opportunity for those who prefer overnight work. Expect to float during low census times and work a schedule of 36 hours per week over a two-week pay period. Be prepared for bi-weekly orientation sessions, and ensure your residency is at least 100 miles from the facility to qualify. This assignment promises variability in patient ratios with census fluctuations and call-ins, making adaptability key.
