Job Description:

Join our team as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Lansing, MI, and experience the fast-paced environment of a Level I Trauma Center, Stroke Center, Heart Center, and Pediatric Emergency Department. This contract role involves night shifts working 12-hour nights, where you'll manage a high patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:8, ensuring timely and effective care. You will handle a variety of cases including trauma, pediatrics, and general emergency scenarios, often working with minimal supervision. Your expertise in dysrhythmia interpretation, EPIC charting, and trauma care will be essential. This assignment offers the opportunity to work in a busy, dynamic setting, with the chance to contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes while experiencing a unique and challenging ER environment.
