Job Description:

This ICU RN contract at Rose Medical Center offers a chance to work in a close-knit community hospital with a focus on elective patient care. You will be responsible for managing ventilators, titrating vasopressor IV drips, and caring for critically ill patients with sepsis or arrhythmias. The role involves 12-hour night shifts, providing opportunities to hone your skills in intubation, central line placement, and other advanced procedures. With a patient ratio typically at 2:1, this position encourages team collaboration and professional growth in a Magnet-designated facility with ICU intensivists available 24/7. Expect to work every third weekend and one major winter holiday, with flexibility for float coverage at Telemetry units and other local hospitals.
