Job Description:

This contract position places you on the forefront of cardiac and telemetry nursing, working on a dedicated Progressive Care Unit (PCU) that specializes in acute inpatient care. You'll monitor patients with complex cardiac diagnoses, including Acute Coronary Syndrome and post-procedure care, often managing multiple drips and invasive procedures. The role involves collaborating with a telemetry team, adjusting to unit needs, and floating to appropriate units when required. Be prepared for a rigorous yet rewarding experience where your skills directly impact patient outcomes in a teaching hospital setting—think of it as a high-stakes, fast-paced environment that keeps you learning every shift.
