Job Description:

This RN role in the Day Surgery/Procedures unit offers a hands-on opportunity to oversee preoperative and postoperative care in a fast-paced surgical setting. You will coordinate patient flow, monitor recovery, and ensure smooth transitions through each phase of surgery. The assignment features a mix of regular hours with the potential for evening and weekend call shifts, providing a balanced yet engaging work experience. You'll be utilizing Epic EMR systems, which means you'll need to navigate a transitioning electronic health record environment. Expect to work closely with a team dedicated to delivering safe, efficient surgical care while polishing your skills in a vibrant hospital setting.
