Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers a chance to specialize in the care of post-operative GI and wound care patients within a Medical-Surgical unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will focus on patients recovering from complex surgeries such as pancreatectomies, esophagectomies, and other major procedures. Your role involves providing essential post-op monitoring, managing surgical drains, and supporting patients through their recovery process. The position features 12-hour night shifts, allowing for a balanced schedule and a chance to experience the unique nightlife or peaceful nights of the city. Be prepared for the possibility of being called upon to join emergency response teams, supporting the unit during unexpected events—an opportunity to contribute beyond routine care in a critical, fast-paced environment.
