Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract is tailored for experienced Tele/Cardiac RNs seeking a shift that keeps you engaged throughout day hours. You'll work on a PCU-level care unit, where monitoring cardiac patients and managing telemetry streams are part of your routine. The role involves interpreting ECG strips, titrating medications such as Amio, Cardizem, and Heparin, and collaborating closely with charge nurses and patient care techs. Expect to handle adult and geriatric patients, including those with cardiac arrhythmias, post-cardiac caths, EP studies, and patients with complex medical histories like COVID, pneumonia, and sepsis. Your expertise will be vital in managing high-acuity cases, troubleshooting ventilators and Bipaps, and ensuring timely medication administration—all while providing a professional yet approachable presence in a unit that values teamwork and acute care skills.
