Join the team caring for post-op cardiac surgery patients in a specialized CV ICU at one of the nation's leading hospitals. This role involves managing patients immediately after complex cardiac procedures, including transplant and ventricular assist device placements. You'll work in a dedicated Open-Heart Unit, where your skills in ventilator management, vasoactive medication titration, and critical care interventions are essential.
