Job Description:

Join our team as a Cardiac Tele Registered Nurse on the night shift, working in a 24-bed IMC unit focused on adult cardiac and neuro stepdown care. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in telemetry, IV placement, blood product administration, and respiratory support, including trach management and non-invasive ventilation. Your days will involve high-level monitoring of cardiac rhythms, administering vasoactive medications, and managing complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment. You'll experience the rhythm of night shifts, providing critical care during hours when the hospital quiets down but the ICU remains alert to every heartbeat. This assignment is perfect for nurses with at least two years of experience, ready to bring precision and compassion to a specialized unit that values skill and independence.
