Job Description:

This cardiac-focused travel nursing role places you on the 10th floor of a renowned medical center in Englewood, Colorado. You will work during the overnight hours, providing specialized care to patients in a 20-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a high patient acuity level. Expect to perform procedures such as chest tube management, pacer wire removal, and 12-lead EKGs, all while utilizing advanced equipment like telemetry monitors, ventilators, and IV pumps. The unit boasts a skilled team of RNs and PCTs, with a fast-paced environment that demands high energy, strong teamwork, and cardiac expertise, including ACLS certification and experience with cardiac drips. This assignment offers an excellent opportunity to hone your skills in a cardiac center of excellence, with updated technology and a supportive staff.
