Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel assignment working 12-hour night shifts at a busy telemetry unit in Prescott, Arizona. As a Registered Nurse on this assignment, you will be responsible for interpreting tele strips, managing patients with conditions such as CHF, COVID, and post-cath recovery, and providing crucial medication titrations like Diltiazem drips. This role offers a hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where your skills in cardiac monitoring and patient assessment will be vital. The unit operates with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio, and you will work alongside experienced charge nurses, with opportunities to float within the facility if needed. This assignment is designed for RNs comfortable with basic tele strip reading, CVA and TIA cases, and those who can quickly adapt to Cerner systems. A single day of orientation will prepare you for this rewarding challenge, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent cardiac care in a vibrant setting that values precise monitoring and swift response.
