Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse in a fast-paced ICU and Medical/Surgical unit in Winnemucca, Nevada. This role offers an engaging environment where you'll manage a mix of ICU, telemetry, and swing bed patients. You'll be responsible for administering titratable drips such as blood pressure medications, insulin, and cardiac drugs, while providing direct patient care in a facility with a friendly, community atmosphere. The unit is known for its diverse case load, including diabetic ketoacidosis, sepsis, withdrawal management, and respiratory issues. Experience in similar-sized facilities and pediatric care is preferred, but first-time travelers are welcome. This assignment provides the chance to hone your critical thinking skills and adapt to a variety of patient needs across different acuity levels.
