Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Midland, TX, for a contract that combines the spontaneity of delivery rooms with the rhythm of night shifts. In this role, you'll rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, circulating, and transition areas—excluding post-partum—providing essential support during some of the most critical moments for new families. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a challenging yet rewarding environment, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a commitment of approximately 36 hours per week over 16 weeks. To be successful, you'll need NIHSS, BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications, along with a minimum of 13 weeks' experience in labor and delivery. Expect to be part of a dedicated team ensuring smooth and safe delivery experiences, all while enjoying the unique pace of night hours in a facility that values your expertise.
