Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll be involved in some critical patient monitoring and interventions—think of it as the command center of the ICU. You'll handle Impella and CRRT/NXSTage equipment, ensuring that life support systems are running smoothly. You’ll be working 12-hour night shifts, with a schedule that sometimes requires floating to different ICU units, the ED, or PACU, to keep the teams balanced. All of this means you'll be on your toes, managing lab sticks, EKGs, line starts, and operating advanced equipment such as Alaris IV Pumps, Servo ventilators, and Fresenius CRRT machines. Your expertise in CVICU and Epic systems will help you navigate this busy but rewarding role, supporting critically ill patients and collaborating closely with the healthcare team.
