Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in the CVICU as a Registered Nurse for a comprehensive 13-week contract in Metairie, Louisiana. This role requires hands-on expertise in advanced critical care, including Impella and CRRT/NXSTAGE equipment. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts, providing essential patient support in a fast-paced ICU environment. The assignment offers a blend of routine procedures like lab sticks, EKGs, and line starts, along with operating state-of-the-art equipment such as Alaris IV Pumps, Servo I ventilators, and Fresenius CRRT Dialysis machines. You'll sometimes float to other ICUs, ED, or PACU to maintain seamless patient care across departments. This position is ideal for nurses eager to deepen their ICU experience and work with cutting-edge technology, all while enjoying the unique rhythm of Louisiana healthcare settings.
