Job Description:

Join the team at Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital as a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, working overnight shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. for a 13-week contract that offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives. In this role, you'll provide direct and indirect patient care across a variety of units serving adult, geriatric, and pediatric populations. You will develop comprehensive nursing care plans, monitor changes in clinical conditions, and collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This assignment offers a unique chance to work with diverse diagnoses such as schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorder, all in a facility that emphasizes interdisciplinary teamwork and flexibility without a block schedule.
