Job Description:
Join a pediatric respiratory therapy role that offers a stimulating environment working with NICU Level III and IV, PICU Level I, and beyond. You’ll be responsible for delivering advanced respiratory care including airway management, ventilator setup and monitoring, oxygen and aerosol therapies, and performing specialized procedures like arterial punctures and airway interventions. The position involves managing pediatric patients on mechanical ventilation, participating in air transports, and potentially working with ECMO support. Expect to serve as an independent, resourceful team member in a high-acuity setting, providing critical respiratory care during night shifts. This assignment puts you at the forefront of pediatric respiratory medicine, offering the chance to make a real difference in young patients' lives while honing your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
