Job Description:

Join an experienced medical-surgical nursing team in Pratt, Kansas, where you'll be providing care in a small hospital setting that values both independence and expertise. This assignment focuses on the Medical-Surgical unit, with responsibilities including IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and charge nurse duties. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, on a schedule of weekdays with some weekends off. This role is perfect for RNs with at least two years of experience who can confidently step into med-surg, ortho (total hips and knees), or general surgery cases. Prior EMR experience with TRUBRIDGE (formerly CPSI) is required, and ACLS certification is preferred.
