Job Description:

This contract role calls for a radiologic technologist skilled in a variety of imaging modalities, including general, OR, fluoroscopy, and portable exams. You'll be working in a busy department with three different imaging rooms, performing roughly 60 scans or studies daily. The setting features multiple advanced imaging systems from GE, Phillips, and Siemens, operating within a hospital environment that utilizes Meditech and Intellispace PACS for reporting and image management. Your expertise with ARRT certification, a state license for Connecticut, and current BLS and Covid vaccinations will ensure a smooth transition into this assignment. The shift is structured as 8-hour evening hours, with a commitment of 40 hours per week over approximately 13 weeks. The focus is on performing high-quality imaging while adhering to department protocols, with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced setting that values experience and independence.
