Job Description:

Join a surgical team as a Surgical Technologist in Lincoln, Nebraska, where you'll play a vital role supporting complex orthopedic, trauma, and general surgeries in a busy 7-room surgical suite. Your responsibilities include preparing instruments and supplies, managing sterile techniques, assisting during procedures by passing instruments, and helping with tissue and specimen handling. This role offers a chance to work with advanced surgical equipment and participate in all phases of the operative process—minus the incision closures. Expect to collaborate closely with perioperative nurses and surgeons in a fast-paced environment, with shifts structured in 10-hour days.
