Job Description:

Join a dedicated team at Mercy Hospital Springfield for a tele-intensive RN contract that puts your skills to the test in a fast-paced inpatient setting. You'll provide critical care to adult patients, including those post-trauma, post-surgical, or with complex medical conditions, all while managing drug titrations and utilizing advanced telemetry equipment. Your role involves assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with other departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to experience a busy medical unit with a variety of adult patients, with the added twist of floating on a rotational basis—so adaptability is key. Night shifts run from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours for 13 weeks, working within a well-respected facility known for safety and innovation.
