Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Critical Care Float Registered Nurses, providing expert care across all ICU and IMCU units. This assignment offers the chance to work in a variety of specialties including Pneumonia, Sepsis, Renal issues, Pancreatitis, general surgeries, Orthopedics, COPD, COVID-19, GI conditions, and Sickle Cell Crisis cases. You'll be responsible for managing complex patient needs, adapting to different units within the facility, and maintaining a high standard of care during 12-hour night shifts. The role is ideal for nurses comfortable with floating within the hospital scope and ready for a fast-paced environment that keeps your skills sharp and your experience broad.
