Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Cardiac Progressive Care Unit in Roanoke, Virginia, as a Registered Nurse specializing in general medicine with vent experience. In this role, you'll manage a variety of complex cases including COPD, sepsis, and chronic respiratory failure, often monitoring patients with ventilators and trachs. You'll be responsible for cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, and medication administration, including cardiac drips. The night shift runs 3x12s from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with opportunities to float within the skillset across the unit. Expect a blend of hands-on patient care and rapid response activation—all while working in an environment that values your expertise and adaptability.
