Job Description:

Join our team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in a busy unit where adult to geriatric patients with diagnoses like heart failure and cardiac conditions keep you engaged. Your role involves interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, monitoring patient status, and ensuring accurate documentation using Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems. The unit is equipped with 17 beds and maintains a patient ratio of approximately 1:4 to 1:5. This assignment offers a balanced schedule with every other weekend off, and floating is limited to sister units in the service line. Be prepared to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing care and support during these hours.
