Job Description:

This urgent contract position calls for an experienced Emergency Department RN to join a 13-week assignment at a busy Level 2 Trauma Center in Quincy, Illinois. You will be working 12-hour night shifts, providing essential care in a fast-paced environment that treats an average of 120 patients daily. Your role involves managing a diverse patient load, including trauma, stroke, chest pain, and sexual assault cases, while adhering to protocols like AHA ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC. The hospital’s advanced Level 2 Trauma and Stroke center, combined with its dedicated psychiatric and sexual assault treatment units, makes this a uniquely challenging and rewarding opportunity. You must be prepared to start immediately and bring at least one year of ER RN experience to the team.
